Key features of our product include an energy-efficient motor (ECM) for maximum energy savings, insulated steel casing for reduced heat loss and noise, and compatibility with both two-stage and heat pump/air conditioning systems. Our products are designed for multi-position installation and come with a heating element.

Our products use a reliable helical coil made of nickel-chromium alloy wire, which provides excellent heat transfer while allowing for unrestricted air flow. If necessary, heating elements can be replaced individually. High-limit temperature control with automatic reset is included, as are heating elements activated by low-voltage printed circuit boards with rectifier/timers to prevent surges.

Our products are controlled by a heavy-duty 24VAC transformer that powers relays and controls. The built-in breakers have manual resets, except for the 10kW models. The “Speed Selection” switch lets you choose between “Low” and “High” settings, while the “Season Select” switch lets you choose between “Mild” and “Cold” settings. Our products are compatible with both one- and two-stage thermostats.

Installation is easy thanks to our multi-position design, which allows for sides, back, or bottom air returns. Our products are also approved for zero clearance installation against combustible surfaces. We offer a 5-year warranty on all our products.
